Refund Policy – Meltmed

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we can only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

The product has not been opened, used, or tampered with, and is returned in its original packaging.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products, except in cases of product fault or regulatory compliance requirements.
2. Timeframe for Requests
All refund or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason and is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:
Products purchased from unauthorised sellers.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
